MPPA's first wholly built, financed, owned and operated project. The five
participating member cities are:
Charlevoix-Harbor Springs-Lowell-Petoskey-Traverse City
This plant is mainly used as a peaking unit for the Power Pool. It has a
nominal rating of 50MW, and is currently licensed to operate 1000 hours a year.
