 ard of Commissioners Meetings are conducted under the Open Meetings Act of
  the State of Michigan.\n\nPursuant to MCL15.263a(1)(f)\, MPPA is authoriz
 ed to conduct meetings of its Board of Commissioners under any circumstanc
 es. For the meeting posted\, the Board of Commissioners will hold the meet
 ing electronically\, which will enhance participation of its members who a
 re located throughout the State and allow for increased participation by s
 ignificantly reducing travel time and travel costs—while at the same tim
 e allowing for full public participation. Members of the public who wish t
 o attend the meeting may click on the link to attend remotely.\n\nPublic P
 articipation\nMembers of the public\, whether or not they are joining the 
 public meeting\, may submit written comments and questions regarding any m
 atter\, including items of business that will come before the Board of Com
 missioners. Written comments and questions may be submitted at any time. T
 hose submitted prior to the public comment portion of the agenda will be r
 ead aloud during the public comment section of the agenda. The Board of Co
 mmissioners reserves the right to summarize long written comments and ques
 tions rather than reading them aloud but will provide Commissioners with t
 he full text of these comments prior to the meeting.\n\nTo be considered f
 or inclusion in the agenda or read aloud during the meeting\, public comme
 nts and questions must include the full name and home address of the perso
 n submitting them and must not include language that would be considered v
 ulgar or be interpreted as hate speech or fighting words. The comments and
  questions should also indicate the date of the public meeting for which t
 hey are being submitted.\n\nWritten comments and questions should be submi
 tted to this email address no less than 5 business days prior to the sched
 uled public meeting to which they relate.\n\nAmericans with Disabilities A
