 wer Agency’s Board of Commissioners Meetings are conducted under the Ope
 n Meetings Act of the State of Michigan.\n\nPursuant to MCL15.263a(1)(f)\,
  MPPA is authorized to conduct meetings of its Board of Commissioners unde
 r any circumstances. For the meeting posted\, the Board of Commissioners w
 ill hold the meeting electronically\, which will enhance participation of 
 its members who are located throughout the State and allow for increased p
 articipation by significantly reducing travel time and travel costs—whil
 e at the same time allowing for full public participation. Members of the 
 public who wish to attend the meeting may click on the link to attend remo
 tely.\n\nPublic Participation\nMembers of the public\, whether or not they
  are joining the public meeting\, may submit written comments and question
 s regarding any matter\, including items of business that will come before
  the Board of Commissioners. Written comments and questions may be submitt
 ed at any time. Those submitted prior to the public comment portion of the
  agenda will be read aloud during the public comment section of the agenda
 . The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to summarize long written 
 comments and questions rather than reading them aloud but will provide Com
 missioners with the full text of these comments prior to the meeting.\n\nT
 o be considered for inclusion in the agenda or read aloud during the meeti
 ng\, public comments and questions must include the full name and home add
 ress of the person submitting them and must not include language that woul
 d be considered vulgar or be interpreted as hate speech or fighting words.
  The comments and questions should also indicate the date of the public me
 eting for which they are being submitted.\n\nWritten comments and question
 s should be submitted to this email address no less than 5 business days p
 rior to the scheduled public meeting to which they relate.\n\nAmericans wi
